John P. Richtman (who we call ‘Jack’) has been practicing law in Lake County since 1987. Jack’s practice is heavily concentrated in estate matters. He has written hundreds of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to protect clients’ assets and to provide for a smooth transition of their estates. Jack also advises families regarding trust and estate administration and distribution.

Jencie is a partner at Richtman & Richtman, P.C. alongside her father, Jack. Jencie specializes in residential and commercial real estate transactions, decedent’s estate administration, guardianships, trust administration, and estate planning. Because of her vast experience with probate matters, she is particularly specialized in real estate transactions involved in the probate process.
